Q: How long is the program?
A: 90 days.
Q: What if I don’t hit my goals before the 90 days are over?
A: I am confident we can hit your goals by 90 days but if you have a larger goal then we have coaching options to keep you supported all the way to your dreams.
Q: What if I travel for work or go on vacation while on the program?
A: Not a problem at all. The program is actually designed with travel and vacation in mind. The strategies and habits are setup to be integrative into any environment. Daily support from your coach will continue as usual as well, so you can stay on track while still enjoying your time away!
Q: How much weight will I lose on the program?
A: We can’t guarantee a certain amount of weight loss without certain conditions so your success in the program largely depends on your level of commitment and communication with your coach. However, the majority of our clients will lose at least 15lbs while have have lost up to 29-30lbs and successfully keep it off (using the skills and habits they learn in the program!).
Q: How often can I reach out to my coach? My last coaching program left me on my own more than I wanted and I think it hurt my results.
A: Daily support is a massive factor that increases client success, so we offer unlimited contact with your coach every single day within working hours via a private chat, as well as phonecalls whenever you need extra support.
Q: Do I need to cut out carbs on this program?
A: Absolutely not! We believe carbs are a healthy food group that should be in everyone’s diet to some extent. We avoid cutting out entire food groups because this doesn’t support a healthy relationship with food (also carbs are delicious so it’s a lot more enjoyable if we keep them in the plan!).
Q: Do I need to weigh myself on the scale everyday?
A: We encourage all clients to weigh themselves daily but we recognize that some individuals have had a negative history with the scale so we will use other metrics to measure progress in those cases. We also use progress photos, waist measurements, monitoring how certain clothes fit, and general feelings of well-being and confidence. We track these things on our app so that it’s super easy for you to monitor progress in real time!
Q: Is there a meal plan in this program?
A: In short, yes. But another meal plan is NOT what you need. If a meal plan was the ticket then you wouldn’t be stuck. We believe that simply offering a different version of what everyone else is already selling is not enough - you need something different and something better. While a personalized meal plan is certainly part of the program, we recognize that it’s simply a tool that plays a small part in your success.
Q: Is there a training plan in the program?
A: Yes there is! We have at-home options for clients that may not even have any equipment or options for training at a gym. However, not all our clients require it since many will use this program in coordination with their own training plan or a training plan from a different coach.
Q: How much time per day do I need to commit for this program?
A: This depends on how successful you want to be. We will personalize your meal plan with foods you enjoy and meals that are quick and easy. If you are using our training plan in the program, then all you need is 20 minutes 3x per week.
Q: When I lose the weight and build the habits successfully, I am afraid I might need more support as I maintain my new lifestyle and bodyweight. Do you have a program afterward to help me with this?
A: Yes, we have a few options available! You will talk with you coach about setting new goals after the program and depending what they are we can recommend the perfect program to keep you on track and make sure you have the support you need.
Q: Do I have to cut out sugar, alcohol, chips, or fast food for the program?
A: No, although reducing some of those will be part of the program and absolutely crucial to your success. We will help provide you with strategies to limit those foods but also find ways to enjoy them in moderation while still living an overall healthy lifestyle and losing fat every single week!
Q: Can I still go out to eat at restaurants with my friends or spouse while on this program?
A: Yes, absolutely. Your 1:1 chat with your coach will be very helpful in these situations to help give you a simple gameplan for these occasions. We show you how to select items from your favorite restaurant in a way that supports your goals but also promotes a healthy social life with friends!
Q: What if I fall off track on the program?
A: This is unlikely, since we have the support system and daily accountability to help keep you on track. If you feel like you’re losing focus at any point, then your coach will work with you to help regain focus and continue making progress towards your goal. That’s exactly what your 1:1 private chat and unlimited phonecalls are for!
Q: I am a super busy parent with very little time for myself, can someone like me do this program?
A: Yes! This program was designed with you in mind actually. Most of our successful clients are busy parents or empty nesters who put on some unwanted weight from years of putting their family first. The strategies your coach will use with you are going to be personalized to your schedule and commitment so that you don’t feel like you’re spread too thin. Building a realistic plan that’s built around your other priorities are crucial in losing weight and fitting into older clothes!
